We cover a wide range of hormone-related concerns whether that’s symptoms like PMS, period pain, irregular periods and weight gain, or more serious hormone-related conditions such as PCOS, PMDD and endometriosis. We also provide support for those going through perimenopause or menopause, and for those on HRT.
With your membership you’re entitled to 1 group consultation of your choice per month. Group consultations are based around different hormone health topics so they feel relevant to you and we’re adding new topics all the time. For example you might want to join our perimenopause group, or our PCOS group, or maybe our group for general hormonal health. We’ll make sure you find the best group for you.
As of today, the group consultations are either early in the morning at 8am or at lunchtime at 12.30pm. But we’re adding new groups all the time - so if there’s a time that works better for you, let us know and we’ll try and accommodate it. We also will record every session so you can catch up if you missed it and still feed in your questions ahead of time.
Yes, you’ll be able to search using tags for dietary preferences such as gluten free, dairy free, vegan and so on. Often we provide suggestions for swaps or alternatives to help you tailor the recipe to your exact preferences.
We have videos deep dives on hormones and diet, as well as resistance training workouts, breathwork and even relaxation techniques! We’re adding new content every week.
