The programme is designed for women over 35 who are experiencing the early hormonal shifts of perimenopause, including weight gain, brain fog, food noise, fatigue and inflammation. You do not need a formal diagnosis. If you recognise the symptoms, the approach is designed for you.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have Type 1 diabetes, a history of disordered eating, gallbladder removal or a low BMI, this programme is not suitable. Please consult your GP before beginning.

It is an adapted ketogenic approach, and that distinction matters.
