FUTURE WOMAN HORMONE TESTS
If you’ve received your hormone test kit but no longer want to do your test, we’d be happy to refund you. We’ll refund you for the cost of the test, minus a £10 admin and processing fee.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your hormone test kit must be returned to our partner laboratory at your own expense and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note, we’re unable to process refunds for:
- Hormone test kits purchased more than 60 days ago.
- Used or opened hormone test kits.
- Hormone test kits that have already been processed by our partner laboratory.
- Hormone test kits that have been processed by our partner laboratory and a report has already been provided.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Please email support@future-woman.com to request a refund with details of your order, including:
- Your order reference number.
- The date you placed the order.
- Your full name.
We’ll get back to you with details of where to send the test kit.
ONCE WE’VE RECEIVED YOUR HORMONE TEST KIT
Once your hormone test kit has been received and inspected by our partner laboratory, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we’ll reimburse you using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
We’ll refund you for the cost of the test, minus a £10 admin and processing fee.
Depending on your bank, it may take some time before your refund is available in your account. Please check with your bank directly.
FUTURE WOMAN ONLINE CONSULTATIONS
If you’ve purchased a 1-1 consultation, report review or supplement review and have changed your mind, we’d be happy to refund you.
Eligibility
We don’t accept refunds if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of your consultation.
