Chia seeds are a great source of protein as well as both soluble and insoluble fibre, so they’re wonderful for gut health as well as phase 3 oestrogen detoxification (in the gut).

Ingredients
- 1 tin coconut milk
- 250g berries of your choice (can be fresh or frozen)
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
To serve:
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter per person
- Yogurt or coconut yogurt
- Fresh berries
Method
Blend everything together in a food processor or blender then transfer to a bowl or individual cups/ramekins.Â
Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Just before serving, add the nut butter, yogurt and fresh berries.
